Air : Air Transat launches first direct Toronto–Accra and Montreal–Dakar flights for summer 2026

Air Transat will operate its first direct flights to Africa in summer 2026: Toronto–Accra and Montreal–Dakar, twice weekly. These routes ease travel for diasporas and provide access to cultural and beach tourism. The airline also strengthens its partnership with Turkish Airlines, expanding connectivity to Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
