Meeting in Abidjan on June 21, the ASF Board of Governors approved the 2023 financial report, showing a 29% increase in net profit. An agreement with BADEA for a capital increase of $286.8 million was signed. This support will enable ASF to enhance its operational capacity. BADEA will finance this increase through concessional loans to member states. Morocco and Sierra Leone have joined the fund, further boosting its impact.
