African School of Governance : Prof. Kingsley Moghalu and Monica Geingos Advocate for Transformational African Leadership

The African School of Governance (ASG) welcomed Monica Geingos, former First Lady of Namibia, during her visit to Kigali. Recently appointed as the Founding Chancellor of Kepler College, she engaged with Prof. Kingsley Moghalu, President of ASG, on the need to scale up leadership training programs across Africa.
« Despite the existence of over 300 leadership programs across the continent, one could argue it is still not enough. If we had to scale to at least 3,000 of such initiatives, then we must. That is the work ahead of us, » observed Monica Geingos. “Institutions like ASG, alongside leadership labs, are critical to closing existing gaps and driving African solutions to African challenges”, she added.
