Mali, Niger, and Burkina Faso are set to introduce the Liptako Visa, easing movement within the Confederation of Sahel States (AES). Experts gathered in Bamako to finalize details, including an e-visa platform and a secure vignette system. General Daoud Aly Mohammedine emphasized that this initiative strengthens regional unity and state sovereignty within AES.
