Kampala embarks on a major water infrastructure expansion led by VINCI Construction (Sogea-Satom), with €92.4M in funding from France’s AFD. The project will provide safe drinking water to 1.5 million people by 2027. A key step for urban resilience, the project also deepens France–Uganda economic cooperation.
