Ethiopia : Ethiopian Airlines launches Addis-Hyderabad route to boost Africa-India ties

Ethiopian Airlines officially launched its new route between Addis Ababa and Hyderabad on June 16, 2025, making it the airline’s fifth destination in India. Operated thrice weekly with the Boeing 737 MAX 8, this route targets growing demand from business, education, and healthcare travelers. It also strengthens connectivity between two of the world’s fastest-growing markets.
