Gabon : Taranis (Perenco) acquires 35% stake in Rougier Afrique International

Taranis, an investment firm of the Perenco group, signed an agreement to acquire the 35% stake held by the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations of Gabon in Rougier Afrique International. This deal, subject to administrative approvals, strengthens the sustainable management of African timber. The two partners combine expertise in responsible forestry with sustainable energy and carbon capture solutions, aiming to enhance environmental resilience and foster inclusive growth.
