Vantage Capital, the leading mezzanine debt fund manager in Africa, has finalized a €66 million investment in Camusat Holding S.A.S. These funds will be used to refinance existing debts and support the development of the group’s AktivCo division, specializing in Infrastructure as a Service for telecommunications. Camusat, present in 20 countries, aims to improve connectivity in Africa, where network coverage is still low. This transaction, part of a total financing of €81 million in consortium with Eurazeo, marks Vantage Capital’s 39th investment.
