The National Agency for the Valorization of Hydrocarbon Resources (ALNAFT) has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Qatari company Gulf Petroleum Limited. This agreement aims to strengthen cooperation in the hydrocarbon sector, particularly by facilitating investments in exploration and production activities in Algeria.
