Maritime Transport : CTM acquires majority stake in Africa Morocco Link

CTM has acquired a 51% stake in Africa Morocco Link (AML) from Bank Of Africa (BOA). Pending approval, this move aims to develop AML leveraging CTM’s transport expertise. It aligns with CTM’s diversification strategy to become a leader in multimodal mobility in Morocco and the region.
