Ranking of richest countries : Seychelles at the top of Africa

Global Finance magazine has unveiled its annual ranking of the richest countries in 2023, based on gross domestic product per capita (GDP/capita) at purchasing power parity (PPP).
Seychelles has risen to the top of Africa, occupying 56th place in the world with a GDP of 39,662 dollars per capita.
At global level, Ireland is in first place with a GDP per capita in PPP terms of 145,196 dollars, followed by Luxembourg (142,490 dollars) and Singapore (133,895 dollars).
