In order to consolidate their contribution to the various priority projects in Morocco, launched by King Mohammed VI, the country has just launched a national program for the mobilization of MRE (Moroccans living abroad) skills by 2030. Nezha El Ouafi, Minister in charge of MRE, unveiled its outlines, specifying that it is a question of optimally investing in the human, material and immaterial capital of this component of Moroccan society.
