Congo Brazzaville: Fernand Gaboumba Moukengue, new national delegate at the Ecole supérieure de la Banque de France

Current Managing Director LCB Capital, a subsidiary of LCB Bank, Fernand Gaboumba Moukengue was appointed national delegate of Congo on January 15 at the Ecole supérieure de la Banque de France (ESBanque). For 70 years, this school has provided several training courses for professionals at the Banque de France and in 25 countries including the Congo, and has supported establishments in the sector in the training and certification of their employees, at each stage of their career.
