Tunisia: Inscription of Couscous and Charfia peach in the intangible heritage of Unesco

The City of Culture of Chedli Klibi hosted, Wednesday January 13, 2021, a special day to celebrate the official registration of « knowledge, skills and practices related to the production and consumption of couscous » and Charfia fishing in the Kerkennah Islands on the UNESCO list of intangible cultural heritage. Organized by the Ministry of Cultural Affairs, the day was chaired by Habib Ammar, interim Minister of Culture, in the presence of several other personalities.
