Mali: B2Gold strengthens Fekola and targets new permits after strong output 

Prime Minister Abdoulaye Maïga met Mike Cinnamond, head of B2Gold, to review operations at the Fekola mine and ongoing projects. Company data shows Fekola generated about $1.74 billion in 2025, with cumulative output exceeding 4 million ounces. Production is forecast at 410,000–460,000 ounces in 2026. Talks also covered a solar plant project and the Menankoto South permit.
