Digital Africa : Smart Africa and Certa Foundation sign governance partnership

On March 16, 2025 in Kigali, Smart Africa and Certa Foundation signed a memorandum of understanding to strengthen digital governance and regulatory capacity across Africa. The initiative supports policymaking, regulator training and innovation around AI and data sovereignty. The Smart Africa Alliance brings together 42 African member states and more than 50 public and private partners.
