Oman and Rwanda have signed a memorandum of understanding between Oman Airports Company and the Rwanda Development Board (RDB) to strengthen collaboration in airport development and management, including knowledge exchange and the exploration of joint investment opportunities in aviation and related infrastructure. The initiative is designed to boost air traffic growth, economic attractiveness, and commercial ties between both countries.
