Following a seminar in Lomé, the SCOPE Africa initiative has been launched.
Backed by 12M$ in EU funding, the four-year program will enhance security and connectivity across ten West and Central African ports.
Led by an Expertise France consortium, it aims to address industrial risks, illicit trafficking and climate pressures affecting regional port infrastructures.
