Investisseurs & Partenaires closed a first round of €41M (≈US$44M) for the I&P Africa Entrepreneurs 3 fund, backed by the EIB, BOAD, Bpifrance and Proparco/FISEA. Targeting €70M by 2026, the fund will invest in 15–20 SMEs in West Africa and Madagascar, with strong climate, gender and “missing middle” priorities.
