Namibia : 13 M USD Agreement for a Green Mineral Terminal at Angra Point

The European Union and the Port of Rotterdam have signed a 13 million USD agreement with Namport to design a green mineral terminal at Angra Point in Lüderitz. The funding will support feasibility studies and is part of the EU–Namibia partnership on strategic minerals and green hydrogen value chains. The project aims to boost export capacity for critical minerals and strengthen Namibia’s position in sustainable supply chains.
