COP30 : New investment platform launched for transition projects in Africa and Latin America

At COP30 in Brazil, CDC, AFD, STOA and 151 Bis Partners announced a new investment platform focused on climate transition and resilient infrastructure in Africa and Latin America. The initiative will rely on STOA Asset Management S.A.S., pending AMF approval, to structure an investment fund aimed at mobilising additional private capital. The initiative builds on STOA’s track record and is backed by the EIB through EIB Global.
