GreenTech : Maxwell+Spark raises $15M to electrify industrial logistics
On November 18, 2025, South African startup Maxwell+Spark closed a $15M Series B led by Klima, Chevron Technology Ventures, and Idemitsu. The company will accelerate deployment of lithium-ion batteries in forklifts, transport refrigeration, and backup power, replacing diesel and lead-acid systems, while expanding operations to the U.S. and Europe.
