On November 15, 2025, Mr. Said Ali Zorouqi laid the foundation for the Algeria Space Communications Center in Bogzol, Al-Madiyah. With a 1 billion-dinar investment, the 30,000 m² facility will strengthen national infrastructure, ensure service continuity, create local jobs, and provide strategic resilience in emergencies.
