Namibia : historic $750M eurobond repayment

Namibia has fully repaid its $750 million eurobond, issued in 2015 at 5.25%, marking the largest single-day debt maturity in the country’s history. The repayment, supported by a sinking fund and local banks (Standard Bank, FNB, Bank Windhoek, Absa Namibia), boosts the nation’s financial credibility and strengthens its capacity for future international financing.
