On November 3, 2025, the African Guarantee Fund (AGF) West Africa announced the appointment of Mr. Serge MIAN as Managing Director. With over 20 years of international finance experience, including roles at JP Morgan, EY, Deloitte, and AXA Investment Managers, he will lead AGF’s expansion across Francophone and Anglophone West Africa. AGF, a specialist in SME guarantees, has unlocked over USD 5 billion through 250 partner financial institutions in 44 African countries.
