Cap-Verde : Cooperation agreement of over $10M with China for “Safe City” project

Cape Verde and China signed in Praia a cooperation agreement worth over $10M for phase three of the “Safe City” project. This phase includes expanding command centers in Praia and Mindelo, enhancing surveillance in Tarrafal and Porto Novo, and training technicians. State Secretary Miryan Vieira and Ambassador Zhang Yang highlighted a strategic and lasting partnership.
