Namibia : NUST Leads €2M EU Project to Train Workforce in Green Hydrogen

On September 22, 2025, the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST) will launch the Ignite project, funded with €2M by the EU, to train 300 technical graduates and 40 trainers in green hydrogen skills. Over 24 months, the initiative aims to address Namibia’s skills gap and position the country as a global leader in the sector, leveraging its exceptional solar and wind resources.
