On September 22, 2025, Morocco unveiled the Digital Morocco for Sustainable Development (D4SD) initiative at the 8th UN General Assembly, in partnership with UNDP. The program aims to position Morocco as a digital hub between Africa and the Arab world, modernize administration, boost the digital economy, and promote inclusive sustainable development. A “Management 2.0” reform ensures data security and public service transparency.
