Algiers, September 10, 2025 – Afreximbank and the Shelter Afrique Development Bank (ShafDB) signed a landmark framework agreement on the sidelines of IATF2025 to establish a joint project preparation facility. The partnership is expected to unlock at least $1 billion in investments for housing, construction, healthcare, tourism, and urban infrastructure across Africa, boosting growth and competitiveness.
