Algeria : $300M Deal to Supply Nigeria with Two Million Payment Terminals

Algeria has finalized a $300 million agreement with Nigeria to export two million electronic payment terminals, signed during the Intra-African Trade Fair 2025 in Algiers. The devices, produced by Inatel in partnership with Morefun Electronic Technology, will boost Algeria’s presence in Africa’s digital finance sector. The ceremony gathered ENTC CEO Chikh Abderrahim, Morefun’s Executive Director, and Algerian Minister Sid Ali Zerrouki alongside Omar Rekkache (AAPI). The deal highlights Algeria’s strategy to grow local industry and strengthen African economic integration.
