Togo has launched an international tender, with a submission deadline of September 5, 2025, to electrify 172 rural localities. Led by AT2ER and backed by BOAD with a 6 billion FCFA investment, the project targets improved electricity access for 35,000 people, aligned with the country’s goal of universal coverage by 2030.
