Energy : AfDB invests $40 million in Zafiri to boost decentralized electrification

The African Development Bank has approved on 18 July a $40 million investment in Zafiri, a pan-African platform focused on decentralized renewable energy. The initiative aims to electrify 300 million Africans by 2030 through a $1 billion vehicle combining public and private capital.
