The African Development Bank has approved a $17 million grant on July 17, 2025 to support the reconstruction of Cabo Delgado province in Northern Mozambique, ravaged by years of conflict. The funding will restore critical infrastructure including roads, #schools, health centres and water systems. The project also aims to boost local livelihoods, creating over 20,000 jobs and supporting vulnerable communities with vocational training and small business grants.
